Variegated plants - does not matter whether they are in white (Albo), yellow (Aurea) or in any other colour are always pretty fascinating as one can never know what kind of variegation of the leaves will develop as next ...

Having grown this variegated Ficus Elastica I have noticed that every second leaf, which is coming is either "half-moon" or almost a "full-moon" ... It is kind of play between the plant and me ... Making me curious whether the "leaf logic" determined by the plant itself will be kept ... As one can never know...

Have you also experienced something similar with your ficus or some other plants?
