Delivery Terms - Shipping & Return Policy
- All the living plants purchased via this website are delivered only to the customers in Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein by Swiss post (Post Pack Priority / "A-Post").
- The deliveries of living plants outside of this territory are generally not possible; however there is still some place for the respective tailored delivery solution for you; please do not hesitate to contact me - email@example.com or using the website messenger - in this respect.
All the items (e.g. pots, soil, decoration, bags, prints & photographs) other than the living plants purchased via this website are delivered world wide by Swiss post.
From 1 January 2021, all Swiss Post consignments are sent with the “pro clima” label, meaning that their carbon emissions have been offset. For reasons of sustainability, I mainly ship with already used cardboard boxes.
The necessary shipping / packaging costs are calculated according to the total weight of the purchased goods to be displayed at checkout from the ordering/billing process.
Once the order has been confirmed to you via email, the ordered goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.
Please note that the postal dispatch of the goods generally takes place between Monday and Wednesday of the respective calendar week as long as these days are not considered as statutory federal/cantonal holidays. As of the moment of the takeover at the post office counter, I do not take any responsibility for the respective goods. Possible claims due to the lost and/or damaged goods will generally not be accepted; should such a case arise this needs to be judged at the case by case basis.
TOMs FLOWer CLUB - considering also the environmental & work force aspects - does not accept any returns of purchased plants, pots, soil, decoration, bags, prints & photographs and any other articles purchased via webshop online. Further to this, PLEASE think twice prior each purchase.
