The Hoya Obovata, also known as the ‘wax flower’, is a beautiful plant that originally comes from the tropical regions of Asia. Here at TOM's FLOWer CLUB, we offer the Hoya Obovata for sale as a fully established and grown cutting, which comes from the rejuvenation of its own mother plant.

The Hoya Obovata is an easy-care plant that is a real eye-catcher with its beautiful green, round leaves with a delicate ‘splash’. Over time, it develops drooping shoots that give the plant an elegant and attractive appearance. To ensure the health and robustness of the plant, we avoid excessive fertilisation and focus on 100% organic quality rather than quantity. No sprays or glossing agents are used on the leaves, making the Hoya Obovata suitable for tropical terrariums with animals.
Hoya Obovata is not hardy and should therefore be protected from frost. It thrives best in semi-shaded locations with indirect light. Direct sunlight should be avoided to prevent leaf burn. It is important to avoid waterlogging and to keep the substrate evenly moist.

Our Hoya Obovata is planted in a self-mixed, permeable substrate specially designed for Hoyas, which offers optimum drainage properties and promotes root growth. You will not need to repot the plant for the next 1-2 years.
