Fatsia Japonica
Fatsia japonica - originally from Japan ("japonica"...); related to ivy; grows bushy and its trunk lignifies over the years, can reach a height of a couple of metres; also suitable for plant beginners.
Offered is a plant grown outdoors (i.e. no greenhouse culture!); potted in self-mixed permeable organic substrate; not overfertilised therefore top healthy and robust (100% organic quality before quantity!); repotting not desired until 2023/-24 (or spring 2022 for planting out). in spring 2022 for planting out, so that it has enough time to grow); with time it will become quite strong; showering the leaves 1-3 times a month is very good for the plant; it is winter-hardy to a certain extent; in my case the Fatsias stand on a protected house wall in partial shade over the whole winter (it does not have to be full sun...); the leaves will then become quite leathery and robust; much joy with your new classic green Fatsia japonica!
