Sansevieria stuckyi is the largest species of the genus Sansevieria; native to Mozambique (Africa); stiff, erect, cylindrical leaves (which resemble "green elephant tusks") can reach up to 2m in height (as per picture); needs drained soil and reproduces very slowly, this Sansevieria can grow in any kind of light, from shade to full sun.

Offered is a side shoot from my own leaf propagation (see photo); from my Sansevieria collection, not overfertilised therefore robust & top healthy (quality before quantity!), grown very slowly under organic conditions, not hardy; planted in a well-drained self-mixed organic substrate (you can repot it right away in spring 2023 into a larger (clay) pot so that the new side shoots can develop very nicely from the beginning...); it is a rare and unique Sansevieria species.

All my sansevierias from my collection (over 100 species) grow slowly, without being massively fertilised, with the growth pause in winter. As a result, they are top healthy, robust and simply look natural. Sansevierias are not hardy, as plants are supposed to clean the indoor air and increase the oxygen content in the house. Enjoy your new Sansevieria stuckyi!
