Leea Coccinea Burgundy, also known as Hawaiian holly, is a shrubby plant with decorative bronze-red leaves. The plant genus Leea is native to northern and eastern Australia, New Guinea, south and south-east Asia and parts of Africa. The plant prefers bright light or light shade and a well-drained but moist soil. The fast-growing plant has large flower clusters with berry-like, bright red outer petals that later turn into black berries.

Grown from seed; collector's plant/tree; between May-September (without forestry days) it can stand in the garden or on the blog in a bright (but not directly sunny) location; not over-fertilised, therefore top healthy & robust (100% organic quality before quantity!); potted up in a self-mixed permeable organic substrate; repotting only desired in 2-3 years; much pleasure with your new "Leea Coccinea Burgundy"!
