Agave havardiana is endemic to a very small area in southeastern Coahuila (north central Mexico) where it grows in the mountainous areas up to 2000 sea level; it has very short, broad leaves that form a dense, symmetrical, spherical rosette shaped like an "artichoke"; hardy to about max -15C (in dry soil); grown from small daughter plant from my mother plant, very nice strong plant, not over fertilised so robust & healthy (100% organic quality over quantity! ), slow growing; potted up in a self-mixed permeable organic substrate; repotting only desired in 2-3 years; easy to care for, for a (very) sunny location e.g. on a roof terrace, please avoid waterlogging; winter hardy, overwinter in a dry location with at most 1x per month very light watering; enjoy your new Agave beauty - Agave havardiana!
