MicroCitrus Australasica ("caviar lime") is a wild citrus species found in Australia and New Guinea; thanks to its fruit structure, which is reminiscent of caviar with its loose, almost pearl-like fruit and juice chambers, it is often used in modern cuisine; potted in a well-drained, self-mixed organic substrate (garden/compost soil); not overfertilised, not hardy, repotting only desirable in 2-3 years; should be kept outdoors between 03-10. best outside; overwinter at about 10C in winter; very grateful bearer; the plant would be expertly pruned back again this spring; is flowering again and one fruit is already visible.
