Eucalyptus lacrimans , also known as "Adaminaby Snow Gum" or "Weeping Snow Gum", grows with prominent, drooping branches, in the natural habitat can grow up to 12-15 m high; with very slender, drooping branches; the leaves are glossy, grey-green, lance-shaped and about 12 cm long; with white flowers. 

This species was only described in 1991 and is considered rare in Australia; endemic to the south-eastern part of New South Wales / Australia (area with frost, snow, frozen ground and heavy fog).

Eucalyptus lacrimans is an attractive specimen tree for small gardens or as a potted plant for the balcony or patio. It is an excellent tree for cold, rad to max. -10/-15C (in the pots frost protection recommended), moist locations, tolerates snow and ice and thrives well in poor soils. It is very long-lived, grows very slowly and is easy to propagate from seed. 

You get the plant of the displayed size (round 60-70cm high).
