Rhapidophora Tetrasperma
From my own plant collection/propagation (from my organically grown mother plant); grown outdoors from the stem cuttings from spring (thus beautifully robust); already very beautifully established; not over-fertilised - therefore robust & healthy (quality before quantity!). ); beautifully "Monstera" like cut out small leaves, small but fine, hanging shoots, planted in a well-drained self-mixed organic substrate (the next 1-2years the plant does not need to be repotted), for a bright (but not directly sunny) location, not hardy; enjoy your new "Monstera Minima"!
