Calathea Triostar is a houseplant known for its bright, colourful leaves. The plant belongs to the Marantaceae family and comes from the tropical rainforests of South America.

The leaves of the Calathea Triostar are elongated and have an oval shape. The basic colour of the leaves is a strong dark green, while they are interspersed with white and pink stripes. The stripes can also be a light green colour. The underside of the leaves is purple and velvety to the touch.

The Calathea Triostar prefers a moist environment and needs regular watering. It is important that the soil does not dry out, but also does not get too wet, as this can lead to root rot. The plant also likes it warm and should be kept at a temperature between 18 and 25 degrees Celsius.

Calathea Triostar is a low-maintenance plant that thrives well in a light to semi-shaded area. Too much direct sunlight should be avoided as this can burn and damage the leaves.
