Monstera Deliciosa Thai Constellation - Stem Cutting
Unique rarity from TOM's FLOWer CLUB plant collection - LARGE-leaved MONSTERA DELICIOSA THAI CONSTELLATION in the white ‘Splash’ - also known as ‘Thai Constellation’ cross, the fully established stem cutting is currently approx. 80-100cm (high incl. pot). from my own propagation from my mother plant where the leaves reach a diameter of about 50cm; naturally with a strong root system (according to the picture); potted in a well-drained, self-mixed substrate specially adapted for Monsteras; repotting is only desirable after 1-2 years (only when the first 2-3 leaves fully develop from the new main shoot; even if it grows a little slower than the ‘classic’ green basic form, it also grows quite vigorously and climbs high over time (can then be pruned back if desired); not over-fertilised, therefore very healthy; robust (100% organic quality before quantity!). ); it is not a rapid greenhouse culture; no sprays or growth hormone glossing agents for the leaves; the plant is more suitable for a light to semi-shady location (please avoid direct sunlight); from spring (May), the plant can also be cultivated outside in a shady location - this makes the leaves really nice and leathery; it is very good for the plant to shower the leaves 1-2 times a month (with rainwater); PLEASE avoid waterlogging and cold draughts (in winter).
Have fun with your new unique Monstera Deliciosa Thai Constellation!
