At TOMs FLOWer CLUB, we proudly offer a carefully curated collection of Pelargoniums, grown from our own organically cultivated mother plants. Known for their vibrant flowers, unique foliage, and sometimes fragrant leaves, Pelargoniums are not just summer classics - they are full of botanical personality.

Originally native to the dry, sun-soaked regions of South Africa, Pelargoniums have been loved in European gardens and balconies since the 17th century. Though often confused with true geraniums, Pelargoniums form their own genus and stand out with their ability to thrive in bright conditions, their ornamental value, and ease of care.

Our plants are not mass-produced greenhouse specimens. Each one is cultivated slowly and organically, without the use of chemical fertilizers or sprays. This results in robust, healthy plants that are full of vitality. Potted in our self-mixed, permeable organic substrate, they only need repotting every 1–2 years.

Pelargoniums prefer a sunny to semi-shady location and well-ventilated conditions. During the growing season (April to September), they will thank you for moderate watering and occasional feeding with a fertilizer suitable for flowering plants. Let the topsoil dry out between waterings and be sure to avoid waterlogging, as they are sensitive to excess moisture. While Pelargoniums flourish in warm months, they are not hardy and must be overwintered indoors. A cool, bright space with temperatures around 5–10°C is ideal for their winter dormancy.

One of the joys of Pelargoniums is how easily they can be propagated. A clean-cut stem cutting, rooted in soil or water, can quickly become your next healthy plant. This makes Pelargoniums ideal for plant lovers who enjoy growing their collection naturally.

Fun fact: The name “geranium” is commonly used for Pelargoniums in everyday language, but the two are botanically different. Pelargoniums offer far more floral diversity and leaf variation - and have truly earned their place as beloved classics on windowsills, terraces, and in conservatories around the world.
