Hosta 'Piedmont Gold' is a vigorous and highly decorative clump-forming hosta admired for its exceptionally broad bright yellow-green foliage and strong architectural garden presence. The heavily veined and richly textured leaves feature gently wavy margins, creating a lush and elegant appearance throughout the growing season.

This cultivar develops into an impressive medium-to-large perennial reaching approximately 60 cm in height, bringing vibrant colour and structure into shaded borders, woodland gardens and sophisticated container plantings. During summer, ‘Piedmont Gold’ produces loose clusters of delicate bell-shaped pale purple flowers held gracefully above the foliage on upright stems, adding further ornamental value and seasonal interest.

Its luminous foliage colour makes it especially effective for brightening darker garden corners while maintaining the calm elegance characteristic of classic hosta plantings.
