Strelitzia Alba from our own 100% organic sowing; seeds from South Africa; the plants are almost 3 years old; from the third year onwards they get a real growth spurt; fully established plant with a strong root ball; not a ‘fast’ greenhouse culture; potted in well-drained, self-mixed organic substrate; Repotting only desired in one year, broad-leaved, not over-fertilised, therefore robust and top healthy, slow-growing, not hardy, with time it becomes quite vigorous - stem-forming, the plant is intended for a sunny location, from spring to late autumn (without frost days) the plant is happy when it can enjoy the fresh air and rain outside; otherwise, once a month showering the leaves is very good for the plant; white flowering when mature; have fun with your new Strelitzia Alba (also suitable for beginners)!
