Dracaena Cinnabari
Dracaena cinnabari – the legendary Dragon’s Blood Tree from the island of Socotra (Yemen) – is one of the world’s most striking and symbolic plants. Its sculptural, umbrella-shaped crown and thick, twisting branches help it thrive in one of the driest, most dramatic landscapes on Earth.
Named for its deep red resin, known as “dragon’s blood,” this rare tree has been valued for centuries in traditional medicine, dyes, and varnishes. The Dracaena cinnabari is a true botanical icon, admired by collectors and lovers of unique, sculptural flora.
Our specimens are organically grown in Switzerland from our own seed production – around 5 years old, slow-grown, unfertilized, and exceptionally healthy.
Each plant is potted in self-mixed, permeable organic substrate, ensuring natural root development and long-term vitality.
