Nepenthes hemsleyana is endemic to Borneo, where it thrives in lowland conditions, i.e. warm and humid; humidity between 70-90% and temperatures between 22-30C ensure healthy growth; for a very bright location (windowsill but without direct sun); also suitable for terrariums (then with an artificial light source); planted in acidic substrate / soil mix; the substrate should be kept constantly moist (but not wet!) with distilled water or rainwater.
